Red Warrior - Warfield Connector Trail #120: Makes a useful connection between Red Warrior and Warfield.
When coming from Warfield, leave the saddle at pt. 8,100 on a rising traverse to the east. The trail crosses through a torched patch of forest to reach the junction at pt. 8,140. Turn right (south) to traverse through patchwork burn and some beautiful hanging flower meadows to the junction at pt. 8020 with Red Warrior(#152).
Directions: From downtown Ketchum, bear left onto Warm Springs Road and follow it to the end of the pavement (4.8 mi). Stay on the main dirt road to the sign for Red Warrior just past Frenchman’s Hot Springs (6.1 mi).
