Description / Access Information

Highlights and Info:  The trail to Titus Lake is one of the more popular and easily accessible lake hikes in the valley.  The gentle trail weaves through a shady forest with some nice viewpoints of the Boulder Mountains and the upper Titus drainage along the way.  The out-and-back (3.4 miles total) is a good starter hike for kids.  Energetic hikers in your group can finish the loop and meet the family at Galena Lodge for lunch (5.7 miles including the road).
DirectionsDrive north on Highway 75 past Galena Lodge.  Just shy of the summit is a large parking lot on the right (29.7 mi).
