Description / Access Information
Flow trails emphasize speed and rhythm, and at the Quigley Trail Park there are flow trails suited to beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders. The trails includes big banked "berm" turns, rollers and table-top jumps, and other features that are designed to allow riders to use their momentum to minimize pedaling and braking. As riders advance in their skill levels on such terrain they often find that the "fun-factor" of riding flow trails goes up and up.
