REMARKS:
The Greenhorn Improvements Project is moving along. Wood River Trails Coalition reports crews are still working on the final bridge that will connect the new Imperial reroute with the Main Greenhorn trail. Please be aware that the Main Greenhorn trail will be intermittently closed as crews move materials with heavy machinery to and from the trailhead. Please respect the closure when it is in place, as these materials are thousands of pounds and difficult to maneuver. Anticipated finish date for the entire project is mid to late October.
Anticipated re-opening of Greenhorn Trail #156 is early October. Be on the lookout for WRTC volunteer events later this fall to work on these trails.
