Description / Access Information
Quigley Flow Trail - Green:
This is a one-way only, beginner bicycle flow trail designed to help cyclists become familiar with riding feature-rich undulating gravity-trails. Riders can roll through all of the trail's turns and features. As they familiarize themselves with the trail, and as they progress their skills and fitness, beginners will be able to apply less brake while riding the trail. With practice, a rider will soon be sailing right along on his or her flow-progression.

To get to the high-end/start of the trail follow the Quigley Climbing Trail up past the jump line trails. The beginner start is the first flow trail you will come to as you are headed up. The intermediate and advanced flow trails are found further along on the climbing trail.
