Safe Routes to School

Through a partnership with the BCRD, the Blaine County School District, Blaine County, and the municipalities in Blaine County, Mountain Rides has developed a Safe Routes to School program in Blaine County to promote walking and biking to school.  This is a healthy, sustainabale transportation choice for the community and involves the identification and development of key transportation routes from the Wood River Trail, local neighborhoods, and other pathways to key school locations throughout the Wood River Valley.

More information is available at (208) 788-RIDE and mountainrides.org or click here for a full pdf of the Safe Routes to School map!
